Pictured is 'The river that flows both ways', an installation by Spencer Finch on the High Line, New York. Finch photographed the Hudson River every minute on a 700 minute tugboat journey. The 700 panes of glass represent one pixel from each photo taken. As light conditions change, the panes seem to shift colour like the water. We noticed how similar the first photo is to the colour palette on our blog logo and wondered whether Mike was unconsciously influenced by it ...
