This has to be one of our all-time favourite museums in the world. Once a tobacco pipeworks, trade ended here in the 1950s. It remains as it was the day production ceased. The grey coating of clay over all surfaces gives everything a delicate, ghostly quality.
Czech interpretation
Lovely fading interpretation at the sunny top of the Zizkov TV Tower in Prague. Look east from the viewing deck and you can see the cemetery where Kafka is buried.
Delphi inscription
We saw this beautiful text in Delphi, Greece. It sits on a polygonal wall – early anti-quake technology that's still good 1000s of years later.
Colour palette 'Snap' no.1

Good font choice?
Blood-curdling font used by a cab office in Custom House, East London. They'll drop you off at the scareport.
Wife of an emperor
A Roman head pot in Yorkshire Museum. Possibly depicting Julia Domna who was the wife of Septimius Severus, the Emperor who died in York in 210AD. It may have been made by soldier potters from North Africa, stationed in York ... what a great thought.
Greek street find
A robot and his cradle in Piraeus, Athens.
Bearing-up in Bern: Swiss street find
Our friend Paulette in Bern spotted this refugee bear in the rain. We really hope this was the beginning of an exciting adventure for him.
