Chutney Chorus is now on Instagram. We’ve many strings to our bow and it’s great to share them all: print design, exhibition design, animation and illustration. See you there!
Many of you will be familiar with these characters as you’ll have received our 2019 New Year animated card. Based on the Chinese zodiac, we created a dozen animals, split each into three and set the animation rolling. It was mesmerizing to make and hopefully mesmerizing to watch.
See it, along with our other GIFs, here:
Looking back through my project log, I realise how much I do for Museum of London. This year alone, I've worked with them on 22 projects. I work across the board on marketing & PR materials, create templates and guidelines for the Learning team and I also have my hand in the permanent displays at both the London Wall and Docklands sites. Here's a sample ... I particularly love the challenge of creating these animated GIFs with their teeny, tiny file size.

Here's what's going on or coming up for Tanya:
1. Lead 2D design for the Natural History Museum show Sensational Butterflies, a live butterfly show held in the grounds of the museum. It runs from the end of March until mid-September 2017.
2. Various projects for Museum of London. These include animated GIFs and print design to market talks and events, and teachers' packs for the education team.
3. Working alongside Alice Graham (curator/project manager), she is working on Agatha Christie: A Life in Photographs. This is the third leg of the tour, showing at the National Museum of Wales in Cardiff from June 2017.
p.s. We've added our 2017 New Year's greetings anime to our GIF page. Look out for the spinning rooster head and you've found it:
